What DataProQ LLC collects when you use our applications, why, and what we do with it. This is the only privacy policy that applies to DataProQ LLC and its applications.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. We do not sell, rent or trade your mobile phone number or your messaging consent data.
How you opt in. You provide your mobile number when you create a DataProQ account, or when you add a number in the app's security settings. Before the number is saved you confirm that you agree to receive text messages from DataProQ. We record the date, time and method of that consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
What we send. We use your mobile number only to send one-time passcodes for signing in, and account and security notifications you have asked for. We do not use your mobile number for marketing or promotional messages of any kind.
Message frequency varies with your activity — typically one message per sign-in attempt or account security event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of messages does not delete your account.
The only company that receives your mobile number in connection with these messages is Twilio, our SMS delivery provider. Twilio transmits the message to your mobile carrier on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using your number for any other purpose. Sharing with subcontractors who support the service in this way is limited to what is needed to deliver the messages you request, and is never for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, solely to operate our applications, and only as much as they need:
These providers act as our processors. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes, including marketing. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
We keep your account information while your account is open. Delete your account and we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your device locked.
Our applications are not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
