These terms govern your use of applications operated by DataProQ LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in details secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Text messages

By providing your mobile number you agree to receive text messages from DataProQ LLC containing one-time passcodes and account notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies — typically one message per sign-in attempt or account security event.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Reply HELP for help, or email joe@dataproqllc.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

You consent to these messages when you enter your phone number during sign-up, or when adding a number to your account. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Acceptable use

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into our applications. You grant us the limited licence needed to store it and display it back to you as part of running the service.

Availability

We aim to keep our applications available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Our applications do not provide financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing in them should be treated as such.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DataProQ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
